Taft Hill Road)*, the staff of the Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. The applicant, Dr. Ira McIntosh currently has a home occupation dental office at 1731 S. Taft Hill Road. A home occupation business is allowed to have one "outside" employee in addition to employees who also are residents of the home. The applicant is requesting approval for three outside employees and one resident employee, for a total of 4 employees. This request would be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Board as a one lot Planned Unit Development (PUD). No outside changes are proposed, either to the house or the landscaped area. The applicant will be in attendance to present more information and to answer any questions that you might have regarding this proposal. The list of affected property owners being notified for this neighborhood meeting is derived from official records at the Larimer County Assessor's Office. Because of the lag time between property sales and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbors of this pending meeting so that all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
