Note 14 on the Landscape Plan notifies contractor to coordinate locations of trees with appropriate utilities. I have talked with Doug Martine, and I feel he is satisfied with our design solutions. 8. We are submitting 2 additional copies of the Soils Report and pavement design. 9. We have met with Rob Wilkenson and informed him that we would have interest in selling the pond to the city. We feel, however that it is appropriate to proceed as though we will maintained ownership until we further our negotiations. We would agree at a later time to sell lot 25 to the city as part of this purchase. 10. We have amended the notes to combine notes 13 and 15. 11. We have added the Solar information to this drawing. 12. I will provide under separate letter a proposed design of lots 4 through 12, and agree to add notes as required to the final site plan once we have agreed to the final design. 13. Yes. 14. College Ave. Fort Collins, CO 80522 ATTN: Mr. Steve Olt RE: Greenbriar Village, Second Filing Dear Steve, We have reviewed your letter on September 27, 1993 had several meetings with the various agencies suggested and made revisions to our submission September 7, 1993 The direct response to your comments are as follows: 1. We have reviewed our proposal with Gary Huett of PSC. and he is in concurrence with our design solution regarding the fence. Gary continues to have concern regarding the location of his gas line as it relates to the existing 66' Row. I have suggested that we have a meeting regarding its location and any requests the City may have for additional Row as it relates to the Third Filing. 2. We have extended Bayberry Circle east of Redwood Street on Willox Lane. 3. We have changed Teal Court to Indian Paintbrush Court. 4. We will provide a mylar when requested. 5.
