Name Address Zip Yes No Yes No Irm Dvp,rnII 1Ipvalnnrmanf- IP :101 :i : role] 9 Commuiury Planning and Environmental Services Planning Department City of Fort Collins April 1, 1993 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, April 14, 1993, from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., at the City of Fort Collins Development Services Building, Central Conference Room% 281 North College, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a public information meeting to discuss a development in your neighborhood known as Greenbriar Village. This is a request for an Overall Development Plan for mixed -use residential on approximately 35 acres, located south of East Willox Lane between Redwood Street and Blue Spruce Drive. The applicant's intent is to provide single family and multi -family residential housing units. The first phase of development is planned to be multi -family residential on 2.5 acres, located on Butch Cassidy Drive. This proposal is part of the approved Sundance Hills, Second Filing. The applicant is anticipating a submittal of the Overall Development Plan and First Phase Preliminary/Final Plans to the City in the near future for review. These development requests will go before the Planning and Zoning Board for the final land use decisions. No final decisions will be made or approvals given at this meeting on the 14th. You will be notified by letter of all future public hearings for this development. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
