Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
June 28, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your
neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Greenbriar Village PUD
- Overall Development Plan, #19-93 and Greenbriar Village PUD, First Filing -
Preliminary and Final, #19-93A.
The applicant is requesting 345 dwelling units on 38.03 acres (mixed residential
densities of single family and multi -family), located south of Willox Lane on the
east and west sides of Redwood Street and zoned RP, Planned Residential, RMP,
Medium Density Planned Residential, and RLP, Low Density Planned Residential.
The applicant is also requesting a first filing of 40-multi-family units on 3.184
acres located south of Willox Lane on the east side of Blue Spruce Drive at Butch
Cassidy Drive and zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
have questions or require further information about this item, please feel free
