Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
May 24, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Timberline Park
Rezoning, #22-93.
The applicant is requesting to rezone 37 acres of undeveloped T, Transition zoned
property to the rlp, Low Density Planned Residential zoning district with a PUD
condition. The property is located on the west side of Timberline Road,
zpproximately .5 mile south of Harmony Road.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
