Dear Property Owner:
on Tuesday, July 13, 1993, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 korth College Avenue*, the Director of
Planning will hold an Administrative Review Hearing to consider a
site plan in the C-L, Limited Commercial Zone in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Houska CL Site Plan, Case #23-93A and is
located at 899 Riverside Avenue (Houska Garage). This request
consists of a proposed 4,528 square foot addition to the existing
garage and for additional parking to the south and east of the
garage.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-343 of the City Code, as a CL Site
Plan.
The list of property owners being notified for this hearing was
derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to
rental situations, all interested parties may not have received
this notice. Therefore, please feel free to notify your neighbors
of this hearing so all may have the opportunity to attend.
