The Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board reviewed the Linden
Ridge 1st Filing at the April 26, 1993 Board meeting. The Board
voted 6-0 to recommend approval of this request with the following
condition:
A permanent second point of access, acceptable to the Poudre Fire
Authority, be secured and constructed with an all weather surface
capable of supporting emergency service vehicles.
