Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
April 26, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Spradley Barr Isuzu -
Non -Conforming Use Request, #16-93.
Request to convert existing carwash facility into auto sales located at 215 W.
Drake and zoned HB, Highway Business. The use conversion will front on
McClelland Drive.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
