The proposed project is commonly known as Spradley Barr Isuzu - Non -Conforming Use Request, #16-93. Request to convert existing carwash facility into auto sales located at 215 W. Drake and zoned HB, Highway Business. The use conversion will front on McClelland Drive. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
