Site Plan Review North 18-93 Commu."ty Planning and Environmental -ervices Planning Department City of Fort Collins April 20, 1993 Dear Resident: On Thursday, April 29, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a development proposal at 1300 Riverside. The request is known as 1300 Riverside Drive Property - I-L Site Plan Review. The proposal is to construct 127 parking spaces on the property formerly known as Collins Cashway Lumber. The property is located in the I-L, Limited Industrial Zone District. The request requires the administrative approval by the Planning Director of the site and landscape plan. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
