The trips were allocated based on the trip distribution and are shown in Figure 7 (site generated peak hour traffic). To be conservative, the existing trips related to PRPA using the key intersections were not removed. The conclusions of the study took into account the existing trips and there will be no change in the conclusions of the TIS. The comments were stated a summary of comments from the City staff dated December 8, 2017. The two comments pertaining to the cited TIS were: 1) Traffic Study shows additional 40 employees while PRPA response shows same number of employees and square footage decreases. Please clarify in an addendum the actual changes to traffic; and 2) Plans show removal of 2 access locations which is supported by the City. The TIS does not discuss how existing trips will be allocated. In the addendum please clarify whether the conclusions of the study change with the existing trips redistributed. The table and figure numbers, in this memorandum, are the same as those in the cited TIS. Discussions were held with the development team on the square footage and number of employees. It was determined that the current number of employee is 144. The proposed increase in office portion of the site is 19,100 square feet. This could potentially hold an additional 38 employees in the future if needed. Table 2 shows the revised trip generation. The revised site generated peak hour traffic is shown in Figure 7. The revised short range (2022) total peak hour traffic is shown in Figure 9. Table 4 shows the short range (2022) total morning and afternoon peak hour operation at the Timberline/Horsetooth, Timberline/Danfield-Lambkin, Timberline/Vermont, and Horsetooth/Automation-PRPA Access intersections. Calculation forms are provided in Appendix A. The Tim berline/Horsetooth, Timberline/Danfield-Lambkin, Timberline/ Vermont, and Horsetooth/Automation-PRPA Access intersections will meet the City of Fort Collins Motor Vehicle LOS Standards during the morning and afternoon peak hours with the existing control and geometry. At the Timberline/Danfield-Lambkin intersection, the calculated delay for the westbound approach was commensurate with level of service F. The level of service letter designations do not change. The revised trip generation has minimal impact to the delay at the key intersections.
