The proposed project is commonly known as Greenbriar Village PUD, 4th Filing - Preliminary, #19-93F. The applicant is requesting 10 single family lots on 3.276 acres located at the southwest corner of Willox Lane and the future Redwood Street. The site is in the RP, Planned Residential Zoning District. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. Due to notice being a month in advance, please contact our office prior to the hearing for status of the project.
