19. Reports were submitted it the city and given to Storm
Drainage for their review. We have had additional
meetings with Storm Drainage and Natural Resources, and
are including an additional drainage study for Natural
Resources use.
20. Lot 1 is buildable when accessed from Redwood Street as

22. We concur with staff and are requesting only a
preliminary approval for the Third Filing at this time.
I hope this meets with your approval. I would like to
arrange a meeting with you as soon as possible to discuss
the submission for final approval with you.

RE: Greenbriar Village Third Filing
Dear Steve,
We have met with the various agencies outlined in your July
22, 1993 letter to us and would like to continue our review
for this filing on your October 25, 1993 P&Z Meeting as a
preliminary PUD submission.
Your direct response to your comments are as follows:
1. We agree to provide adequate easement to include gas
line, and have discussed the fencing with Gary Heutt and
he concurs with our design solution. We will add
additional information to our final submission for this
filing, and resolve the row discrepancy at that time.
2. We agree to additional easements as requested by U.S.
West and will include them on our final submission.
3. Mapping comments are mostly as a result of our
submission as a preliminary and final. We have
addressed the items pertaining to the preliminary and
will change the items pertaining to the final when we
submit.
4. Rear lot easements have been added.
