ITEM: GREENBRIARVILLAGE PUD �/ 3rd Filing - Preliminary North NUMBER: 19-93 D Commti�ty Planning and Environmental services Planning Department City of Fort Collins October 14, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, October 25, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on two proposed projects in your neighborhood. The proposed projects are commonly known as Greenbriar Village PUD, 2nd Filing - Final, #19-93E, and Greenbriar Village PUD, Third Filing - Preliminary, #19-93D. The applicant is requesting final approval on the 2nd Filing for 81 single family and duplex residential dwelling units on 19.06 acres, located south of Willox Lane on the west side of Redwood Street and zoned RP, Planned Residential and RMP, Medium Density Planned Residential. The applicant is also requesting preliminary approval on the 3rd Filing for 23 single family residential lots on 5.04 acres, located east of Redwood Street and southwest of Willox Lane, and zoned RLP, Low Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
