ITEM: GREENBRIARVILLAGE PUD 2nd Filing - Preliminary North NUMBER: 19-93C Commu f Planning and Environmental vices Planning Department City of Fort Collins August 12, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, August 23, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Greenbriar Village PUD, 2nd Filing - Preliminary, #19-93C. The applicant is requesting 81 single family and duplex residential lots on 19.06 acres, located south of Willox Lane on the west side of Redwood Street and zoned RP and RMP, Planned Residential and Medium Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
