Dear Mr. Tomek:
The purpose of this letter is to provide further clarification as
to the cross -access arrangement between Lots 1 and 2 of the Best
Western Transmission P.U.D. This property is further described as
Lots 1,2;3, and 4 of Moran's Subdivision.
As indicated on the approved Site Plan of the P.U.D., there is to
be closure of three out of the existing five curb cuts. There will
be two remaining curb cuts, one on College Avenue and one on Stuart
Street. Each lot is to be allowed access from both curb cuts.
Each lot is to be allowed cross -access to both curb cuts. There
will be no closure or blockage of the internal access drive
preventing access to both curb cuts. Both lots act in conjunction
as a planned unit development.
I hope this clarifies the P.U.D. Site Plan. Please contact our
