Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, June 24, 1993, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning Department
Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue*, the Director of
Planning will hold an Administrative Review Hearing to consider a
minor subdivision in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Houska Minor Subdivision, case #23-93 and
is located at 899 Riverside Avenue (Houska Garage). This request
consists of creating two lots (34,851 square feet and 28,668 square
feet) for a proposed addition to the existing garage and for
additional parking to the south and east of the garage.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644(g) of the City Code, as a Minor
Subdivision.
The list of property owners being notified for this hearing was
derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to
rental situations, all interested parties may not have received
this notice. Therefore, please feel free to notify your neighbors
of this hearing so all may have the opportunity to attend.
