Authority requires at least one key box ("Knox Box") to be mounted in an

positioned 3 to 7 feet above finished floor and within 10 feet of the front door, or
closest door to the fire alarm panel. Box size and location to be determined at

On the Landscape Plan, there are 10 variegated maiden grass located
between the screen wall along Mason Street and the parking lot. There
appears to be sufficient area to continue this sequence of plants to the south to
the landscape island at the corner instead of leaving this highly visible area
without any plant material and simply treated with cobbles.

Over time as the trees mature, the illumination from these fixtures will diminish.
Staff recommends that the light fixtures be placed independent of the landscape
islands. Please note that if, over time, trees are removed for the benefit of the
illumination, such removal would constitute a zoning violation.

reminded to submit the C-1 Form to Light and Power. If a new transformer is

provide an increased number of shrubs to fill the island at maturity.

dimmed after hours of operation needs to be more specific. This aspect of the
site operations needs to be more specific. The note must also refer to the
10-volt wireless dimming system that will connect to modules on the fixtures that
was described at P.D.P. Also, please indicate the extent to which the fixtures
will be dimmed. For example, for recent project along an arterial street, the
lighting design called for dimming to 50% of full illumination levels. And, the

12/11/2017: The Community Recycling Ordinance (No. 109 2016) requires that
all business and multifamily complexes subscribe to recycling service by the
end of 2020 that is at minimum 1/3 of their overall service capacity(total bin
capacity x number of weekly pickups, include both trash and recycling when
calculating overall service capacity). In general recycling containers must be at
least 50% the size of proposed trash containers to meet this requirement.
Please make sure proposed containers meet this requirement and that
adequate space is provided in all enclosures.

are unable to transplant, please use a different species than PPC, such as

Please include the Species Diversity Percentage in the Landscape Legend as
required in LUC 3.2.1. There is a total of 46 trees on -site. According to Land
Use Code standards, there is 28% Kentucky Coffeetrees proposed on the
plans. Since there are 40-59 trees on -site, the max percentage of any one
species is 25%. Please incorporate additional shade trees in the parking lot
islands such as Catalpa or Bur Oak to decrease the percentage of Kentucky
Coffeetree.
