Collins, CO 80526 Dear Property Owners: RE: 99-114 -Individual Lot Owner's Fence Responsibility, Lot 11, Lindimer Sub. We have been asked to notify you regarding the responsibility of individual lot owners of Lindimer Subdivision whose property abuts the Horsetooth Stables property. Plat note number 6 of the Lindimer Subdivision where your property lies states the following: The fence between Lindimer Subdivision and the Horsetooth Stable shall remain in place at least until the adjacent land use (Horsetooth Stables) changes. The fence shall be the property of, and maintained by, the respective lot owners. It appears that repairs are be required along your section of the fence. We request your cooperation is making those repairs. We ask that you complete the repairs on or before October 31, 1999. The Zoning Department is required to enforce all recorded development notes such as this one. If you have difficulty in meeting this request, please contact me as soon as possible.
