Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Dear Ted: This is to request that you initiate two variances for the proposed Lindimer Subdivision. TNcEE A variance is requested for th solar orientation ordinance. Due to the extreme site constraints, only of fifteen lots meet the required lot orientation. The site is a small odd —shaped parcel that is infill between two existing subdivisions. Also, due to the boundary constraints, we are requesting a variance to the minimum street centerline radius. The radii for the curves as shown on the preliminary plat are 155 feet, 175 feet and 225 feet rather than the required 240 feet. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
