Thank you for reviewing the Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) for ERTF — Replat Mosaic Townhomes. I attached a
revised copy with two comments addressed:
1. Text comment on PDF page 119 — upside down text fixed.
2. Note added to the general notes — "Any tracking of mud or debris onto adjacent streets by the contractor(s) shall
be immediately remedied and swept".
If I missed a comment, please let me know.
Could we schedule a meeting and discuss the escrow calculation? I want to make sure money is not put into escrow
twice.
ERTF was approved in Nov/Dec 2017. The approval included both a north and south portion. Currently the south portion
is under construction and the north portion (i.e., Replat Mosaic Townhomes) is being re -designed. Perhaps money for the
north portion was placed in escrow at the time of the prior approval.
Please let me know what time you have available over the next week or two. It's easiest for me to meet in the mornings.

Thank you for forwarding this information did this go to Brandy for the routing first or did she direct you to reach out to
us directly? I did not do the most recent review that was Basil. I cc'd him in on this email chain.
As far as the escrow is concerned, last I remembered we have collected escrow site wide for the full area.
At this time I do not see any reason we cannot just work the calculation even though the escrow may not be collected.
This calc may have a use later when the site starts to get stabilized or if that area is to be sold off or built upon by a
different company that may need to place their escrow on the table instead of the overall developer.
Basil,
Please make sure this is added to the materials that are to be reviewed for the MA at East Ridge.
Would you also take a quick glance at the areas we already have collected escrow on to make sure we are not doubling
up?
