The housing shall eonlain the electrical and
optical componenlS.
Housing shall be a one-pieco, heavy-duty
aluminum die Casting. It shall be of a tapered
low-prolilo, soft corner design. II shall have
a removable )(inch NPT pipe plug to provide a
conduit entrenre for surface conduit mount-
ing. A retrievable mounting plate shall have
fastener provisions for mounting directly to a
vertical surta09 or over a 4-inch round or
square junction box.
Lens shall be a clear, impact-reSislanl
polycarbonate and shall be formed to bland
with the housing shape anti site. It shall be
held firmly to the houslnd by two flllesler head
screws or two oplional larnper-proof screws
which shall be provided Willi file fixture.
Qaeketing A closed coil, gas -tilled, high-
lerl'lperaluresiliconegasket shall interface with
the housing and lens to seal fixture from
external contaminants,
optical Assembly shall consist of an upper
rofloctor and socket assembly and a lower
directional light control reflector. Upper reflec-
tor shall be hydratormed. one-piece alumi-
num. Lower reflector shall be finished and
r;haoed to provide an asymmetric light
pattern. The system shalt provide optimum
sharp -cutoff, low -glare lighl distribution.

the luminaire. It shall allow adapting of 120-volt
luminaire to 277-vole operation. II shall be
designed to mount on a vertical flat surface
or over an electrical junction box. The unit shall
be UL listed Suitable for wet locations and
CSA certified.
