P r_J VANWORKS IL SITE PLAN and '' ITEM: MINOR am, SUBDIVISION N NUMBER: 28-93 CommuiLLry Planning and Environmental ..cervices Planning Department City of Fort Collins June 2, 1993 Dear Resident: On Thursday, June 10, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a Minor Subdivision and IL Site Plan Review. The request is known as Vanworks Minor Subdivision and IL Site Plan Review, #28- 93. The proposal for the Minor Subdivision is to create a legal subdivision consisting of 2 lots by replatting a portion of Lots 9 & 10 of the North Lemay Subdivision, Second Filing and including a tract of unplatted land at 900 E. Lincoln Avenue. The two lots total 4.1763 acres, more or less. The IL Site Plan request is for an additional 7,200 square foot building for storage of parts and supplies to be located approximately 100 feet north of the existing Vanworks manufacturing building. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
