'/1' H■ ' r o g I o Primrose Dr. S ■ � ITEM: Karl Peterson Annexation W and Zoning North NUMBER: 29-93,A Commu.ury Planning and Environmental ervices Planning Department City of Fort Collins June 15, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, June 28, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Karl Peterson Annexation and Zoning, #29-93. This is a request for a voluntary annexation and zoning to RLP, Low Density Planned Residential with a planned unit development condition, containing 3.0259 acres located on the south side of West Drake Road approximately 3,000 feet west of South Taft Hill Road. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
