Box 1190 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Jerry: vices City staff has reviewed the ABC Storage & Ron's Equipment PUD and has the following comments on this request: 1. The parking and drives on Tracts B and C should be hard surfaced, rather than gravel. 2. A landscape plan should be provided, with special attention given to buffering the site's frontage along Highway 287, the proposed parking area and building foundation plantings. 3. A waiver to the UGA Phasing Criteria for public sewer will be needed. Based on the information provided, we cannot determine whether the contiguity requirement is met at this location. 4. A determination needs to be made as to whether Highway 287 in this location is considered an improved arterial, for the purposes of the UGA Public Street Phasing Criteria. If it is not considered improved, then the applicant must commit to street improvements off site, or pursue a waiver to this criterion. Thank you for the opportunity to review this item.
