MaTIA►i LVITI• City of Fort Collins Dear Resident: Community Planning and Environmental Services Current Planning April21, 1997 On Thursday, May 1, 1997 at 2:00 p.m. in the Current Planning Department Conference room', 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Director will hold an administrative public hearing to consider a project in your neighborhood referred to as Vanworks Second Filing, Minor Subdivision & I-L Site Plan Review, #28-93B. The applicant is requesting to subdivide/replat 5 lots and a portion of Logan Court into three lots. This is also a request for an I-L Site Plan Review for a 20,000 square foot vehicle paint shop building on Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Vanworks Minor Subdivision Second Filing. The affected property owners list for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
