Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522 Dear Kirsten: This letter is regarding Fox Hills Second Filing being platted as a subdivision in the RF Zone. The following comments refer to your letter to Cityscape Urban Design dated June 29, 1994: 6. We have changed the name to Fox Hills Second Filing and deleted the P.U.D. designation. Tract "A" is a landscape and signage tract at the corner of Red Fox Road and County Road 38—E. Red Fox Road is not within the City limits. It was dedicated on the Fox Hill P.U.D. plat approved by Larimer County. The areas and uses of the tracts — are shown on the plat. The control monuments and point of beginning are shown on the plat. A part of County Road 38—E is being dedicated by this plat. 8. Tract "H" was eliminated and, therefore, the large tracts become "H" and "I". The owners will deed these two tracts to the City of Fort Collins for public open space and trail use. They are still in negotiations with Larimer County regarding a tax credit for the contribution; therefore, they are reluctant to place your notes on the plat until the agreement is reached. 10. We received the comments from the Storm Drainage Department on July 6, 1994, and have not completed the revisions at this time. If you have any questions regarding this project, please call.
