Dear Resident:
on Tuesday, August 9, 1994, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning Department
Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director of Planning
will hold an administrative review hearing to consider an IL,
Limited Industrial, site plan proposal in your neighborhood.
This request is known as Van Works- IL Site Plan, Case #28-93
A. The request is to construct a 3,248 sf addition to the existing
Van Works building for shop space and storage. The site is located
at the 900 East Lincoln Avenue.
The existing use and proposed use of the addition, are allowable
uses in the IL, Limited Industrial, zone.
This IL site plan review request is being processed and reviewed in
accordance with Section 29-372 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
