Dear Resident:
On Thursday, September 9, 1993, at 1:30 p.m. in the Planning
Department Conference Room at 281 N. College Avenue*, the Director
of Planning will hold an administrative review hearing to consider
a minor subdivision proposal in your neighborhood.
This proposal is known as the Ricketts Harmony Minor Subdivision,
Case #33-93B. The request is to subdivide into two lots the
Ricketts property located south of Harmony Road and east of
Cambridge Avenue. There is an existing single family house on the
property. There are no development plans at this time to change the
use of this property. The property is zoned E-P, Employment Park.
The minor subdivision process is required to create two legal lots.
This administrative review request is being processed and reviewed
in accordance with Section 29-644 of the City Code.
The list of affected property owners being notified for this
hearing is derived from the most currently available records of the
Larimer County Assessor's Office. Please feel free to notify your
neighbors of this pending hearing so all may have the opportunity
to attend.
