The utility plan should include all information about public improvements, utility services, drainage and grading information, erosion control plans, and a site plan. This can all be on one sheet. If you have questions about what is required, please contact Kerrie Ashbeck at 221-6750. The utility plan needs to be provided by a licensed engineer in the State of Colorado. If you or your engineer would like to see examples, please contact the Planning Department. I spoke today with Glen Schlueter and he will require a basic grading and drainage plan based on the proposed development for a new house. If you have questions about what will be required, please contact Glen at 221-6589. The site plan should show the location of existing structures, driveway cuts, the fire 'turn around, location of the fire hydrant, etc. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have questions. Thank you. Sincerely, Kirsten Whetstone Project Planner 281 Nortli College Avenue • 1'.0. Box 580 • Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 • (303) 221-G750
