RICKETTS SECOND - ANNEXATION & ZONING h NUMBER: 33-939A 34-939A Commt _.y Planning and Environmental _ .;rvices Planning Department City of Fort Collins June 15, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, June 28, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation and zoning in your neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Ricketts First Annexation and Zoning , #33-93,A and Ricketts Second Annexation and Zoning, #34-93,A. Both annexations are a request to annex and zone approximately 2.5 acres located on the south side of Harmony Road approximately one-half mile east of Timberline Road. The proposed zoning is E-P, Employment Park. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
