Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
January 24, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing a proposed annexation in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Fox Hills Annexation
and Zoning, #36-93A,B.
The applicant is requesting to annex 33.17 acres located approximately 3/4 mile
west of Taft Hill Road, west of Taft Canyon Subdivision on the south side of
County Road 38E. The requested zoning is RF, Foothills Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within
500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records. If you should
have questions or require further information about this item, please feel free
