Comment Summary: Department: Light And Power Contact: Cody Snowdon, 970-416-2306, csnowdon@fcgov.com Topic: General Comment Number: 1 09/17/2019: FOR DOCUMENTATION: The Applicant has proposed to relocate the existing electrical streetlight service from the property. With this existing line being relocated, there is no longer a need for the temporary easement and this easement can be removed. Light and Power will work directly with applicant to relocate this line. Thank you for all of your coordination. 05/07/2019: FOR APPROVAL Light and Power currently has existing electrical cable with the previously dedicated Railroad Easement located at the northeastern corner of Lot 2, Penny Flats Subdivision. Light and Power would like a temporary easement to remain in place until to the existing cable is relocated at the time of development. The temporary easement could be labeled to be vacated upon development and the relocation of the existing electric service.
