HomeMy WebLinkAboutSUNSHINE HOUSE AT BUCKING HORSE - FDP190016 - CORRESPONDENCE - RESPONSE TO CITIZEN (6)of the proposed "Sunshine House' on Miles House Avenue in Fort Collins. 1 was the individual who presented this concern to the Fort Collins Zoning Board and was promised personally at that meeting (by confirmatory vote of the board) that additional landscaping would be done to block vehicle lights from the parking lot and from the exit from the parking lot into our back yard and porch area. My address is indeed 2708 Walkaloosa Way, but the diagram you sent in your letter shows our neighbor's house, not ours. His house sits opposite the exit to the parking lot, while ours sits opposite the parking lot. It was our understanding that all vehicle lights coming from the parking lot (not just from exiting vehicles) would be blocked. As you are fully aware, vehicles will shine their lights into our backyard from many positions in the parking area, not just the exit drive way. It is our desire for option #2 (the Cheyenne Privet) to be used directly opposite the parking area to block lights into our back yard area. Please he sure all of the parking lot vehicle lights are blocked, not just from the exit to the parking lot. Thank you in advance. It appears that the P&Z Board passed the motion with the wrong lot numbers and I assumed yours was Lot 10 since I knew had said you were across from the parking lot.
