Dear Property Owner:
On Thursday, August 5, 1993, at 1:30 P.M. in the Planning
Department Conference Room, 281 North College Avenue*, the Director
of Planning will hold an Administrative Review Hearing to consider
an I-P Site Plan in your neighborhood.
This request is known as W. W. Grainger, Inc. I-P Site Plan, Case
#39-93 and is located at the northwest corner of Harmony Road and
Innovation Drive. This request consists of a 9,120 square foot
addition to the west side of the existing W. W. Grainger building.
This Site Plan is being processed and reviewed in accordance with
Section 29-372 of the City Code.
The list of property owners being notified for this hearing was
derived from current records of the Larimer County Assessor's
Office. Due to the lag time in recording property sales, or due to
rental situations, all interested parties may not have received
this notice. Therefore, please feel free to notify your neighbors
of this hearing so all may have the opportunity to attend.
