RE: 39-93 W: W. Grainger Building Addition
Dear Mr. Douglas,
In reference to our conversation today, I have signed and executed the plans for the W. W.
Grainger Building addition on Harmony Road. Your contractor, Baldwin Construction, Inc.,
is now eligible to pick up a building permit, assuring all building permit issues are resolved.
The plans are approved with the condition that W. W. Grainger will install the sidewalk in an
appropriate sidewalk covenant within five years from the execution of the plan (August 5, 1993)
or when the next building addition is approved, whichever comes first.
I would expect the six Red Oaks (Quercus Rubra) and three Buffalo Juniper (Juniperus Sabina)
planted on the Harmony frontage, at this time.
I will be calling you next week to finalize the sidewalk easement. If you have any questions,
please call the Building Department at (303) 221-6760 or the project planner, Sherry Clark at
(303) 221-6750.
