The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
October 25, 1993, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Summerhill PUD - Final,
#41-93A.
The applicant is requesting final approval for 68 multi -family residential units
on 7.36 acres located at Underhill Drive and West Prospect Road and zoned RP,
Planned Residential and zoned RL, Low Density Residential.
