ITEM: CHOICES- RH Zoning Request �/ North NUMBER: 43-93 Commt_ _ty Planning and Environmental _ervices Planning Department City of Fort Collins August 9, 1993 Dear Resident: On Thursday, August 19, 1993, at 1:30 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Assistant Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider an R-H Conversion request known as CHOICES/1318 S. College R-H Conversion, #43-93. The R-H Conversion request is to allow for an alternative therapeutic and educational program for 10 youths, located in the lower level of an existing office building at 1318 South College and zoned R-H, High Density Residential. Currently, the building is occupied by one insurance agency. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
