Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
September 26, 1994*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your
neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Summerhill PUD - Replat,
#41-938.
The applicant is requesting to replat 16 existing building envelopes, containing
68 multi -family dwelling units, into 68 individual subdivision lots. The
approved Summerhill P.U.D. is located on the south side of West Prospect Road,
west of Westbridge Drive and zoned RP, Planned Residential.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
