ITEM: SUMMERHILL PUD II It Commu_ .y Planning and Environmental . .vices Planning Department City of Fort Collins June 17, 1993 Dear Resident: On Wednesday, June 30, 1993, from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., at the Plymouth Congregational Church, 916 West Prospect Road*, the City of Fort Collins Planning Department will hold a neighborhood information meeting to discuss a development proposal in your neighborhood. This is a development proposal for 62 multi -family residential units on a 5.28 acre parcel of land located on the south side of West Prospect Road between South Shields Street and South taft Hill Road. The New Mercer Canal forms the south boundary of this property that is accessed by Underhill Drive and Westbridge Drive. This parcel of land was previously approved for 80 multi -family units known as the Underhill PUD. The Bridges condominiums are adjacent to the east. A formal development request has not yet been made to the City for review; therefore, the purpose of this meeting is to provide an exchange of information between the potential applicant and all interested neighbors. No final decisions well be made at this meeting. After a development request is made to the City it goes through a review process with final decisions being given by the Planning and Zoning Board at regularly scheduled public hearings. You will be notified of future meetings and hearings. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
