I am in the process of scheduling the administrative public hearing for this request. It appears, however, that an affected property owners list was not submitted with the subdivision plat. This list is necessary for the required notification mailing to inform property owners within 500' (in all directions) of the public hearing. Please contact me at 221-6750 if you have any questions. Community Planning and Environmental Services Current Planning City of Fort Collins May 29, 1995 Richard Storck Storck Development Corp. 135 West Swallow Road Fort Collins, CO. 80525 Dear Rich, Staff has reviewed the subdivision plat for the Hampshire Pond P.U.D., First Replat that was submitted to the City as a minor subdivision request on May 3, 1995, and would like to offer the following comments: 1. The Light & Power Department has stated that their facilities are installed for Lots 1 through 8. If any relocation of facilities is necessary (this seems unlikely), it will be at the developer's expense. 2. Ron Mills, the City's right-of-way agent, has posed the question "Why have Tract 'H' and Tract 'I'? Why not consolidate into Tract 'C'? 3. The Engineering Department has stated that you need a solid line for the boundary of the replatted area. Kerrie Ashbeck should be contacted if you have questions about this comment. She can be reached at 221-6750. Also, a copy of a red -lined subdivision plat, with additional comments, is enclosed with the letter to Landstar Surveying, Inc. 4. The Mapping/Surveying Department has the following comments to offer: a. Are Parcels "All and 'B' the small areas between the old lot lines and the new lot lines on the west .side of the plat? Please label, with areas. b. The sub -title of the subdivision plat is incomplete. It should say "Being a Replat of Lots 1-10, Block 1 & Lots 20 & 21, Block 6 and a Portion of Tract 'C', All of the Plat of Hampshire Pond P.U.D.". C. The subdivision plat should exclude the street (Marshwood Drive). You cannot replat a street. This would change the legal description.
