HomeMy WebLinkAboutHAMPSHIRE POND PUD FIRST REPLAT MINOR SUBDIVISION - 44 93B - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGVICINITY MAP HAMPSHIRE POND PUD First Replat Minor Suhdivi-qinn 05/03/95 Community Planning and Environmental Services Current Planning City of Fort Collins July 10, 1995 Dear Resident: On Thursday, July 20, 1995 at 2:00 p.m., in the Planning Department Conference Room*, 281 North College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the City of Fort Collins Planning Director will hold an administrative hearing to consider a minor subdivision known as Hampshire Pond PUD, First Replat, Minor Subdivision, #44-93B. The applicant is requesting a minor subdivision to shift the outside boundary of Hampshire Pond PUD along the rear of lots 1-10, Block 1 and sides and rear of lots 20 & 21, Block 6, located south of Drake Road approximately 1/4 mile west of the intersection of Drake Road and Taft Hill Road. The property boundary shift will shorten lots 1-10 by 1' to 2' and narrow lots 20 & 21 by approximately 1' to 21. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
