North Commu- _,y Planning and Environmental _ _rvices Planning Department City of Fort Collins September 15, 1993 Dear Resident: The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday, September 27, 1993, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300 LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed project in your neighborhood. The proposed project is commonly known as Hampshire Pond PUD - Final, #44-93A. The applicant is requesting final approval for 74 single family residential lots on 22.79 acres, located south of West Drake Road, approximately 600 feet west of South Taft Hill Road and zoned RP, Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome. This letter has been sent as a courtesy to all property owners of record within 500 feet of the area based on current County Assessor's records.
