The proposed project is commonly known as Orchard Place PUD - Preliminary and Final, #40-93A. The applicant is requesting 8 multi -family units on .53 acres, located west of 725 South Taft Hill Road, north of Elizabeth Street, zoned RMP, Medium Density Planned Residential. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, written comments are welcome.
