The existing barrier fence to the north of the site will remain. Tree plantings, landscape shrl.ibs, and berms will be added to the south of the site as a buffer between the orchard Place R.O.W. and the proposed parking area. Architecturally, the multi -family units will be oriented to face Orchard Place; the two-story units will be of minimal height, and the one-story handicapped :.unit will located on the east end of the eomple:.
