On behalf of the Boxelder Sanitation District (BSD), Farnsworth Group has reviewed the Maverik
Convenience Store and Fuel Sales Final Plan identified as:
The site is located on the Southeast corner of Interstate 25 and E. Mulberry Street. The Site
Premises is on a 77,233 square feet lot.
The District hereby advises as follows:
❑ There is no objection to this proposal.

1) Add BSD's current signature block to all Utility Plans and any Detail Sheets showing BSD
details.
2) BSD will require an onsite grease trap. Location, design information and a detail will be required
at final approval.
3) This property is within the Boxelder service area and has existing sewers adjacent to the
property. Additional information shall be required in future submittals, including actual size of
proposed service, design information with slopes and inverts of new service and location of any
proposed cleanouts.
The District has adequate capacity to service the property referenced above. The District is in full
compliance with Federal and State water quality requirements. We look forward to review future
