Dear Resident:
The Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, on Monday,
September 27, 1993*, at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers**, City Hall West, 300
LaPorte Avenue, will hold a public hearing on a proposed annexation in your
neighborhood. The proposed annexation is commonly known as Kirschner Annexation
and Zoning, #53-93,A.
The applicant is requesting annexation of 72.6 acres located at the southeast
corner of I-25 and East Vine Drive. The property is to be zoned IL, Limited
Industrial.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your
input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important
element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the
public hearing, written comments are welcome.
