Presently, only sheet A2.4 denotes any specific colors (oyster, autumn tan and
sail cloth). Typically, final architectural elevations sheets include both the trade

masonry materials are further specified as well. Please provide.

graphic that indicates the location of the electrical transformer. Also, note this
location on both the site and landscape plans. The transformer should not be
located close to the tot lot or the outdoor patio. If the transformer location ends
up to be highly visible from the S.E. Frontage Road, then additional landscaping
may be needed for screening.

roads shall be marked with permanent NO PARKING - FIRE LANE signs
complying with Figure D103.6. Signs shall have a minimum dimension of 12
inches wide by 18 inches high and have red letters on a white reflective

The hydrant just outside the property's north end shall be maintained
unobstructed and available for use at all times. No fencing is allowed to obstruct
access, nor should vegetation prohibit access to hydrant. If fencing is to be
constructed in that area, an 6opening or approved gate shall be made
available. A sign shall be posted at the north end with, "Fire Hydrant Access
Here" using the same sign design configuration as noted in comment the
comment above pertaining to posting of fire lanes. The location of this sign
should be labeled on the plans.
