That the Zoning District Map adopted pursuant to Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Imu-Tek Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the I-L, Limited Industrial Zoning District: PARCEL Beginning at a point on the North line of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, whence the N 1/4 corner of said Section 9 bears North 88037' West 263.06 feet; thence South 88*37' East 140.00 feet; thence South 01023' West 341.14 feet; thence North 88*37' West 140.00 feet; thence North 01023' East 341.14 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL II: A tract of land described as beginning at the N 1/4 corner of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, and run thence South 00*16' West along the West line of said NE 1/4 843.54 feet; thence North 85'05' East 47.50 feet; thence North 29040' East 332.10 feet; thence North 36'11' East 73.55 feet; thence North 01623' East 486.14 feet; thence North 88*37' West 263.06 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL III: Beginning at a point on the North line of the NE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado, whence the North 1/4 corner of said Section 9 bears North 88*37' West 403.06 feet; thence South 01*23' West 341.14 feet to the true point of beginning, thence North 88*37' West 140 feet; thence South 01*23' West 145 feet; thence Northeasterly to true point of beginning, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. Section 2. That the Sign District Map adopted pursuant to Section 29-593.1 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins be, and the same hereby is, changed and amended by showing that the above -described property is not included in the Residential Neighborhood Sign District. Section 3. Section 3. That the City hereby consents, pursuant to Section 37-45-136(3.6), C.R.S., to the inclusion of said property into the Municipal Subdistrict, Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. ATTEST: �VVIN =k-1 Passed and adopted on final reading this 16th day of November, A.D ATTEST: City Cler r a ORDINANCE NO. 141, 1993 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ANNEXING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE IMU-TEK ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO WHEREAS, Resolution 93-1359 finding substantial compliance and initiating annexation proceedings, has heretofore been adopted by the Council of the City of Fort Collins; and WHEREAS, the Council does hereby find and determine that it is in the best interests of the City to annex said area to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS as follows: Section 1. That the following described property, to wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of the HE 1/4 of Section 9, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer; State of Colorado, whence the N 1/4 corner of said Section 9 bears North 88'37' West 263.06 feet; thence South 88'37' East 140.00 feet; thence South 01023' West 341.14 feet; thence North 88'37' West 140.00 feet; thence North 01023' East 341.14 feet to the point of beginning.
