We support the annexing of this property.
We feel that this sort of in -fill zoning is a part of good
planning. The development of the property is compatible with the
surrounding zoning and property uses planned for the area. This
development removes an eyesore from the neighborhood and will add
to the tax base of the City. We encourage more of this sort of
zoning and annexation.
