RE: POUDRE HIGH SCHOOL 1WROWMENTS
Dear Mr. Spearnak:
I have reviewed the supplemental Traffic Impact Analysis, prepared by Matt Dellich dated
December 14, 1993 and believe that the PR-1 is responsible for two off -site improvements
The improvements consist of adding additional storage and tapers for left turning vehicles
at westbound Laporte/ Impala and the northbound Taft Hill/ Laporte intersections. The cost
of removing the existing pavement markings and installation of new markings is estimated
to be approximately $ 1,475. City forces will do the work and bill the PR-1 accordingly.
A copy of the estimate is attached for your review. Dan Holland from this office will
coordinate the implementation of these improvements with you.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, or would like to discuss it further, please
do not hesitate to contact me directly at 221-6608.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Eric L. Bracke
